These purses have been on the side of my bed for a good 6 months. They have become part of the background and just today I looked at them and thought, "Why don't I pick them up?"
Of course, I went to write this post without picking them up and imagine that in another 6 months I will be taking another picture about how they sit there still. Part of the decoration.

I have a laundry basket in the hall that has been there for a week...I should pick that up before it too becomes a decoration!
Scary stuff, because after awhile, there gets to be more and more stuff like that. It becomes unnoticed and part of the everyday place that you see, so doesn't get moved. I have a huge, green plastic bag in the back room in front of the fireplace with the Christmas tree in it. I can't get it to the garage alone and it is so snowy and icy on the sidewalk to go out there anyway. It might stay there until spring or summer, ha ha.....but I probably will not even remember that it is there, until I trip on it someday after the robins are back!!
and trip she will ;)
