I'm so lucky to have a husband who likes - loves - to cook. Tonight I had to work late, and came home to this beautifully roasted chicken in the oven. Delish!
The kids love helping Daddy make this. Putting the twine around the chicken and then watching it turn as it cooks - it must be a male thing!

I am so lucky too. Brian cooks for us every day and it helps that he really enjoys it.
I count my blessings everyday. The husband finds that cooking relaxes him after a hard and stressful day. So I get not only a great meal, but also a more cheerful guy!
