Dinners around here are usually pretty low key. Tonight it is Mac-n-cheese. The kids love to help with it, so I like making it, too, because I get lots of help from the kids, watching to see if the pot is boiling over!
Notice in the background that big round of bread? Andrés has been making some awesome peasant bread! It is much much much better than store bought, and spongey and perfect for the altitude, where bread can be very difficult to make correctly.
